Many of you know that I had surgery on my hip in February. I've been really trying to up my mileage so I can get back to running. I love running. I'm not exactly good at it though...oh well. I'm not trying to be great, I'm trying to do what I love.
Well, last Thursday, I went to the gym and swam 20 laps. Breaststroke. I can't swim the front crawl, as I practically hyperventilate and drown when I try. Anyways, it felt really good after swimming. Then, on Saturday morning - I went to my spinning class for the first time in almost a year. Man, did I miss that adrenaline rush!! So - I burnd calories, had a great ride...etc.
Then, I woke up this morning, and could barely walk. My hip is SO sore!! This isn't good. dammit.
