Making Olga Bread

Yes - Little Joe was helping me make the bread...
Uh...the recipe said it was supposed to be sticky...I couldn't get all of the flour to incorporate...uh...
OK, I let it rise for a hour. It did rise (which is surprising, because I SUCK at making yeast breads)

And the finished product on the griddle...

So...how did it turn out. blah. Not as good as the stuff in the restaurant. I'm thinking I am going to try this one more time...giving myself the benefit of the doubt, as the yeast had expired, and I didn't EXACTLY follow the directions on the recipe. We'll see....
